URC has developed a number of programs to assist with housing, employment, business & startups, workforce training, community service requirements, and other needs.
URC Lawn Care
Lawn beautification and maintenance services performed URC clients and other community residents with training or and expertise in lawncare. URC provides year-round maintenance for residential and commercial landscapes and grounds. URC Lawn care are affordable prices and include grass cutting, edge trimming, and weed/leaves removal.
URC GROWS
An agriculture-based educational and employment program providing education, employment, and social justice for individuals that have been incarcerated for marijuana-related charges. This will help bring more specialized jobs to the Youngstown area. URC Grows will deliver a point of entry into the cannabis industry for entrepreneurs and professionals, which will yield significant economic and social opportunities for the Youngstown community.
Women's Empowerment & Support Group
URC’s Women’s Empowerment Group seeks to educate and empower women in the Youngstown Community. This group allows women to share ideas, network, encourage one another, and offer support. There will also be a focus on holistic healing, mental health counseling and wellness education.
