URC is non-profit organiztion with 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt status. Our mission is a movement  that prepares individuals for  successful transition from incarceration or trama-based situations back into the mainflow of their thriving communities. URC is intentional about developing a culture of mutual support  and individual responsibility. We work  together to improve the quality of life for  self and others through providing access  to services such as employment, housing,  education, and addiction recovery.

URC fundraising efforts are not a static, one time, or annual - To gain true operating sufficiency, URC will need to raise funds throughout the year. We rely on many different sources of funds, in part to increase the overall budget, in part to decrease the reliance on any one source. Some of the funds are hoped to be available immediately, others such as the grants require six to eight-month lead time to process intake applications - This is where your generous donations come in to do a world of good. In order for us to provide the highest and most efficient services for those who will benefit from our work, we require access to a sufficient and substantial funding.
