URC offers regular expungement clinics with an attorney to help formerly incarcerated individuals by providing a consultation to determine if having your record sealed is possible.

You had a misdemeanor or felony 5, 4, or 3

Your fines are paid

Your case does not involve a victim under 16 years old

You do not have any pending cases against you

Please bring the following to your scheduled expungement clinic:

A copy of your record

$50 deposit

OVI or DUI cases are not eligible for expungement
